He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Brand and B. Lavilla Brand (Reed); his wife Joan L. Brand (Brell); and his brother Marvin Brand. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Johnson (Jonathan B.) of Paducah, KY, Kristi Land (Greg) of Brady, NE and Mark Brand (Lori) of Gothenburg, NE.; his grandchildren, Amber Land, Crysten Ellison (Jessy), Austin Land (Kelsey), Jonathan S. Johnson, Jeramie VanAcker, Mackenzie Brand, Drake Brand, Nathan Sager and Kyla Sager; his great grandchildren, Harmony, Liberty, Adalyn, Sophiya, Brayley and Aiden; his sisters, Eileen Debban (Harold) and Betty Gaudreault; and his sister-in-law Sue Brand. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
