He is survived by: his wife Sarah Burkhalter; his daughters, Lyndsay, Jenna, Kadie and Maddy "Maddy Jo"; his father Alan; his siblings, Jill "Sissy" Adams (Larry) and Andy "Rufus"; and his brothers-in-law, Phillip (Sharilyn), David (Fabienne) and Andy Burkhalter (Frances). He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews; and one great nephew.
