With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Brand (Gothenburg, Nebraska), born in Lexington, Nebraska, who passed away on May 31, 2019 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Brell and Renata Brell (Esslinger); and her brother-in-law Marvin Brand. She is survived by: her husband Roger Brand of Gothenburg, NE; her children, Michelle Johnson (Jonathan B.) of Paducah, KY, Kristi Land (Greg) of Brady, NE and Mark Brand (Lori) of Gothenburg, NE; her brother Larry Brell (Cheryl) of Elwood, NE; her sisters-in-law, Eileen Debban (Harold) of Kearney, NE and Betty Gaudreault of Cozad, NE; her grandchildren, Amber Land, Austin Land (Kelsey), Jonathan S. Johnson, Mackenzie Brand, Drake Brand, Kyla Sager, Nathan Sager, Crysten Snyder (Josh) and Jeramie VanAcker of Florida; and her great grandchildren, Harmony, Liberty, Adalyn, Sophiya and Brayley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
