She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Jenkins and Bethel Shadduck; her stepfather Gerald Shadduck; her sons, Ray and Charles Eldridge; her grandson Gerald Puryear, Jr.; and her parents-in-law, William and Geraldine Slack.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Kelly Lacy; her sister-in-law Carol Slack; her husband Bill Slack of Brady, NE; and her sons, Gary Roeder (Jami) of North Platte, NE, Joseph Puryear, Jr. (Maria) of Hanahan, SC and Gerald Puryear, Sr. (Rhonda) of Cozad, NE. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; brother.
