It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Bluel of Gothenburg, Nebraska, born in Hastings, Nebraska, who passed away on February 17, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter and Anna; her brother Vernon Cappel; and her great grandchild Julienne. She is survived by: her husband Gary Bluel of Gothenburg, NE; her children, Laura Urbanec (Joe) of Gothenburg, Angela Barkmeier (Leonard) of Gothenburg, Cindy Cooper (Corey) of Gothenbrug, William Janssen of Omaha and Roy Janssen (Shelly) of Omaha; her stepsons, Terry Bluel (Amanda) of Eaton, CO and Michael Bluel (Nicki) of Sedona, AZ; and her sister Deborah Whitmer (Don) of Laramie, WY. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
