She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin William and Molly Sommer (Friesenborg); her husband Donald W. Cook; her sister Arlene Gifford; her siblings-in-law, Marion Eilers, John Gifford and Richard Eilers; and her nephew Brian Eilers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Clark (David) and Sandra Warner (Lonnie); her granddaughter Ashley Micek (Rob); her great grandchild Ari of Grand Island; her grandsons, Jed Clark of Salem and Adam Warner (Andrea Ostendorf); her great grandchild Paige Hoeke; her grandson Caleb Warner (Stephanie); and her great grandchildren, Dakota of Gothenburg, Amos of Gothenburg and Callen of Gothenburg. She is also survived by one niece and four nephews.
