He is survived by: his parents, Ralph Wesley Clement and Helen Mae Russell Clement; his daughter Carrie Anne Clement (Michael Denny) of North Wales, Pennsylvania; his wife Frances "Cookie" Cook Guy; his son Russell Lee Clement II of Dade City, Florida; his former wife Arvie Charlene Clement; his children, Daniel Guy (Jennifer) of Clarksville, MD, David Guy of Leonardtown, MD, Veronica Billig (Jamie) of Leonardtown, MD and Dorothy Patterson (Tom) of Laurel, MD; his grandchildren, Adam, Amber, Brady, Daniel, Jordan, Julie, Kevin, Matt, Ryan, Shelby and Tanner; his great grandchildren, AJ, Amelia, Arya, Audrey, Camden, Charlie, Dakota, Hattie and Harper; his brother Roderick Clement (Anita Sue) of Grand Island, Nebraska; and his nieces and nephews, Andrew, Carolyn and Jules Clement. He is also survived by his parents, aunts, uncles and cousins; and is survived by his wife of 47 years.
The military honors will be held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fort McPherson National Cemetery (12004 South Spur 56a, Maxwell, NE 69151). A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Farnam United Methodist Church (301 Caribou St, Farnam, NE 69029).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to organizations that support veterans or the Marine Corps Toys for Tots program, which Russell supported regularly.
