He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Kiekhaefer and Lorena Kiekhaefer (Fenster); his brothers, Donn, Ted and Dennis; and his daughter Teresa.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Hoban of Falls City; his children, Angie Distefano (Rick) of Bennington, NE, Julie Froeschl (Adam) of Falls City, Katie Hall (Terry) of Kansas City, MO, Beth Casey (Joe) of Auburn, NE and Paul (Darcy) of Falls City; his sister Linda Watzke (Garry) of Marble Head, MA; and his grandchildren, Zach Distefano, Max, Jake, Rob Froeschl, Avery, Mason, Sydney Hall, Landon, Brynn, Lauren, Erin Casey and Rory Kiekhaefer.
For those concerned about the Covid pandemic, the service will be broadcast on 88. 7 FM.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials be made to Family Choice for later designation.
