He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Esther, Dean Feighner, Leonard and Lucille Hihath; and his brother Jerry Feighner.
He is survived by: his parent Barbara Werner (Feighner) of Falls City; and his siblings, Darrold of Falls City, Terry Feighner of Falls City, Debra Garza (Domingo) of Odessa, April Butrick (Clayton) of Falls City and Diana Munford (Jack) of Falls City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID and honoring Randys wishes a graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2020 at Steele Cemetery at 10:00 a. m. with Chaplain Doug Delhay officiating.
