He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon O'Grady and Phyllis O'Grady (Darveau); and his son Aaron O'Grady. He is survived by: his wife Cathy McKim; his children, Matt (Brenna) of Omaha, Nate of Falls City, Katie O'Grady (Kiley Boynton) of Desert Springs, CA and Megan O'Grady of Falls City; his siblings, Michael (Mary Kay) of Panora, IA, Ann Shafer of Falls City and Mary Jo Stuve (Jeff) of Albuquerque, NM; and his grandchildren, Bryant Jorn, Sloane O'Grady, Nolan O'Grady, Brooks O'Grady, Oakley O'Grady and Cayden Raney.

In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials be made to Sacred Heart School or Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church.
