He was predeceased by: his parents, George Chittick and Helen Chittick (Peckham). He is survived by: his former wife JoAnn Allen; his wife Anna Charlene Haverkamp (Marshall); his siblings, Jim Chittick (Virginia) and Helen Neel; his children, Rita Rumbaugh, John Chittick, Jr. and Karen Chittick; his grandchildren, Steven Rumbaugh (Shelby), Matthew Rumbaugh, Lincoln, Michael Rumbaugh, Rachel Groothuis (Ryan Tateishi), Eliza Henderson (Mike), Ashley Prahler (Brennan) and Sarah Groothuis (Jasmit Singh); and his great grandchildren, Courtney, Carter Rumbaugh, Myla, Lennix Rumbaugh, Atlee Rumbaugh, Grace, Graeme Henderson and Emi Tateishi. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 masks and social distancing is required during the church service.
