We are sad to announce that on June 6, 2022, at the age of 98, Esther Duerfeldt of Falls City, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Mez and Elizabeth Mez (Strauss); and her grandson Matthew Duerfeldt. She is survived by: her children, Dale (Carol) of Falls City, Carol Hamilton of Falls City, Vera Ploeger of Falls City and Judy Burgett (Randy) of Humboldt, NE. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and one step-grandchild.

Family prefers memorials to be designated to Falls City Fire Department or Verdon Fire Department.
