She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Larkin and Janis Larkin (Holmes); her sister Donna Gildersleeve; and her niece Ali Gildersleeve. She is survived by: her former husband Larry Johansen; her daughters, Heather Mitchell (Johansen) of Joplin, MO and Gretchen Courtney (Bobby) of Coral Springs, FL; her grandchildren, Breylynn, Gyensynn and Lyralynn of Coral Springs, FL; her nephews, Colton Gildersleeve (Katie), Xavier and Baron of Falls City, NE; her brother-in-law Joe Gildersleeve of Falls City, NE; her close friend Lynn Chapman of Joplin, MO; and her pet Ellie Mae. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
