With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marlene Eleta Thomas (Elkhorn, Nebraska), who passed away on December 30, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Oscar Schulz and Mary Schulz; her husband Donald P. Thomas; her son Michael P. Thomas (Tychia); her grandson Brauk; her brother Aksarben; her son-in-law James Hlavacek; her brothers, Alton and Arleigh Schulz; her granddaughter Martina Hlavacek; her brother Harold Schulz (Carol); and her children, David Thomas (Julie), Rhonda Urdang (Bruce) and Monica Hlavacek (James). She was also cherished by thirteen grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
Because of the Covid virus, the ceremony will be limited to local family.
Donations in Marlene's memory may be directed to St. John's Lutheran Church in Yutan, Nebraska, or Mee Memorial Hospital in King City, California.
