It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Konsel (Elkhorn, Nebraska), born in Howells, Nebraska, who passed away on April 10, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sons, Joseph Konsel and Bill Konsel; his grandson Michael Konsel; and his siblings, Allyn Konsel and Darlene Pieper.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette of Elkhorn; his children, Jack Konsel (Marlene) of Columbus, Jane Hake (Chris) of Kansas City and Juli Fiala (Dave) of Howells; his daughter-in-law LaDonna of Omaha; his grandchildren, Melissa Stutzman (Sam), Bethany Morrison (Pat), Sarah Buckmiller (Zac), Amanda Hake, Brett Konsel, Ryan Konsel and Clint Fiala; and his great grandchildren, Claire, Erica, Carlie, William Stutzman, Zoe Buckmiller, Abigail Buckmiller and Olivia Morrison.
