He was predeceased by: his sisters, Mary Janssen and Lou Ann Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Sprague of Elkhorn; his sons, James Sprague of Omaha, Shawn Sprague (Laura) of Allen, TX, Charles Sprague (Sonja) of Waterloo, NE and Matthew Sprague of Houston, TX; and his brother Larry Sprague of Las Vegas, NV.. He is also survived by Seven grandchildren.
