She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Wooldridge and Viola Wooldridge; her daughter Diane; her husbands, John "Jack" Cavanaugh and Leo Cavanaugh; and her brother John Wooldridge.
She is survived by: her son David Cavanaugh of Omaha; her grandsons, Mitch and Dan Swain; her son-in-law Alan Swain; and her sister-in-law Alta Mae Cavanaugh. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
