It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dwayne D. Jakub (Dwight, Nebraska), born in David City, Nebraska, who passed away on August 2, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Willis and Bonnie; and his brothers-in-law, Larry Lueders and Lane Reed. He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Hotovy; his children, Melissa Christiansen (Patrick), Justin Jakub and Chelsie Jakub; his siblings, Marvin (Michele Jakub) and Marilyn Kudlacek (Gary); and his siblings-in-law, Shelley Reed, Cindy Hotovy and Mark Hotovy (Linda). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of many friends.
