She was predeceased by: her parents, Vaclav Havlovic and Tillie Havlovic (Koranda); her husband Louis; her close friend George Mastera; her siblings, Josephine Polacek, Frances Woita, Marcy Havlovic and Bill Havlovic; and her brothers-in-law, Jerry Polacek, Leonard Ourada, Leonard Woita, Ed Pacula and Eldon Strizek.
She is survived by: her children, Eugene "Gene" Palik of O'Neill, Roxanne "Roxie" Medlar (Mitch) of Columbus and Mark Palik (Kris) of David City; her grandchildren, Valerie Divis (Dave), Lacey Palik, James Palik, Michael Medlar (Kaylee) and Alex Palik; her great grandchildren, Jesse, Beau, Liliana Divis, Hazzel Medlar and Dominic Palik; her siblings, Helen Ourada of Prague, Emily Pacula of Weston, Caroline Cudaback (Dean) of Schuyler, Lucille Strizek of Valparaiso, Bernie Jelinek (Jim) of Atkinson and Tom Havlovic of Omaha; and her sisters-in-law, Janet Havlovic of Columbus and Mary Havlovic of David City.
