She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Kudlacek and Josephine Kudlacek (Coufal); her brothers, Arthur (Adeline Kudlacek) and William (Daisy Kudlacek); and her great grandchild Colbie Hermelbracht.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Svoboda (Barbara) of David City, Chelys (Jack Anderson) of Lincoln, Maureen Sutton (Alan) of Greenwood, Louise Niemann (Gary) of David City and Jo Anne Crandell (Steve) of Lincoln. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren.
