He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Honeywell and Margaret Honeywell (Brolyer); his stepfather Leonard Barnes; and his siblings-in-law, Charlie Laleff and Ruth Honeywell.
He is survived by: his former wife Martha Lammers; his children, Richard Honeywell (Annette) of North Platte and Vicky Dowse (Bill) of Sutherland; his grandsons, Aaron Vanderford of Clayton, William Robert Dowse, II of Sutherland and Andrew John Dowse of Sutherland; his former wife Martha Honeywell of Sutherland; his siblings, Carl Honeywell of Portland, Oregon and Verna Laleff of Cozad; and his half-brothers, Loyd Barnes (Teri) of Overton and Lynn Barnes (Chris) of Cozad. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
