He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Opal, Vincent Ogorsolka, Mary and Raymond Kapustka; his uncles, Charles Ogorsolka, Larry Kapustka, Jerome Kapustka and Larry Nichols; and his aunt Marty Kapustka-Schley.
He is survived by: his parents, Robert Kapustka (Joan) of Boelus, NE and Maureen Kapustka (Ogorsolka) of Cozad; his siblings, Kristen McNally (John) and Anthony Kapustka (Melissa) of Rockville, NE; and his nieces and nephews, Anslie Dishman (Jessie VanWaardhuizen), Gage McNally, Rylan McNally and Tatum Kapustka. He is also survived by many other relatives, extended family and close friends.
