It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Laura Mavis Sanders of Cozad, Nebraska, born in Colorado Springs, Colorado, who passed away on September 26, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Lloyd and Edith Elizabeth Binks Vandenburg; her siblings, Karen Wilkins and Robert Vandenburg; her granddaughter Krystal Graff; and her nieces, Debbie Debalko and Betty Louise Moore.
She is survived by: her husband Gordon "Pete" Sanders; her children, Sandi Graff (Tom), Gordon (Cyndi) and Eric Sanders (Joy); her sisters, Patricia Douglas and Beverly Condry (Ken); and her niece Kim Gilster. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and some very cherished friends.
In lieu of flowers, friends may donate to the American Diabetes Association or Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund.
