He is survived by: his father Joseph Kuklis of Cozad, NE; his wife Cindy Jack; his daughters, Ceslie Kuklis of Laveen, AZ and Joelie Kuklis of Aurora, CO; his siblings, Michael Kuklis (Michael Daudier), Ramona Griffith (Phil) of Carbondale, CO, Dan Kuklis (Janna) of Grand Island, NE, LaDonna Barela (Russ Besmer) of Cozad, NE and Jeff Kuklis (Stacy) of Milford, NE; and his friend Coco Cañas of Cozad. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
