She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Puckett and Edith Puckett (Mulholland); her daughter Tara; and her brother-in-law Jack Richards. She is survived by: her husband Dick Davis; her daughter Kristen Jack (Neil) of Eustis, NE; her grandchildren, Samantha and Andrew Jack of Eustis, NE; her siblings, Edi Richards (Jack) of Prescott, AZ, Ada Johnson (Jim) of Pacific Grove, CA and Doug Puckett (Barbara) of Merriam, KS; and her sisters-in-law, Ginny Stockton (Robert) of Williston, VT and Mary Kay Maule (Richard) of Edmund, OK. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Leukemia Foundation or Cozad United Methodist Church.
