She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Perkins and Marcella Perkins (Burgess); and her siblings, Dwight, Charles Perkins and Edith Garrett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sarah Graham (Jamie) of Saint Joseph, MO and Marcy Boger (Kris) of Omaha, NE; her granddaughters, Amanda and Kaitlin Graham; and her former husband Carl B. Jensen Jr. of Omaha, NE.. She is also survived by one brother-in-law, one sister-in-law, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
