He is survived by: his wife Opal Steinhausen; his children, Karen (Marty) of Broken Bow, NE, Gary (Susan) of Spring, TX, Greg of Grand Island, NE and Karl Buchta (Sandra) of Chappell, NE; his grandchildren, Shari Hegland (Marty), Tami Graf, Troy Bredthauer, Lance Bredthauer (Shu), Brooke Bredthauer, Kelsey Shay (Riley), Jason Buchta, Michelle Holicky (Ryan) and Haven Buchta; and his sister Jane Schloz of Olympia, WA.. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandson.
