Caroline I. Gronewold Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Caroline I. Gronewold (Beatrice, Nebraska), who passed away on February 8, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sadie Ideus (Schuster) and Siebend Ideus; her husband Leonard L. Gronewold; her sister Velora Busboom; her brother-in-law Duane Busboom (Barb); her brother Raymond Ideus (Lorraine); her siblings-in-law, Dale Siefkes, Lawrence Gronewold (Shirley) and Alveda Gronewold; her nephew Troy Busboom; and her parents-in-law, Willie and Esther Gronewold.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Caywood (Phil) of Deer Creek, IL, Jim Gronewold of Beatrice and Jeff Gronewold (Shannon) of Lincoln; her grandchildren, Kelly Minter (Chris), John Caywood (Brandy), Austin, Cody and Logan Gronewold; her sister Viola Lowell (Wes); and her brothers-in-law, Harlan Gronewold and Daylon Gronewold (Diane). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
The body will lie in state at the Fox Funeral Home on Friday from 9:00 A.M. until 8:00 P.M. A memorial has been established to Mosaic in Beatrice.
