He is survived by: his wife Signe Kniss (Erickson); his siblings, Wayne Kniss (Cheryl) and Jennifer Meyer (Vern) of Bayard; his sons, Wade Kniss (Tara) of Bentonville, Arkansas and Andrew Kniss (Kate) of Laramie, Wyoming; and his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Avery, Thatcher and Burke.
