It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Rasmussen (Aurora, Nebraska), born in Norfolk, Nebraska, who passed away on May 25, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Raduenz and Lydia Raduenz (Winter); her son-in-law Bill Stone; her brothers, Vernon and Darrel Raduenz; her parents-in-law, John and Gladys Rasmussen; and her brothers-in-law, Delmar Rasmussen and Dean Mather.
She is survived by: her former husband Gordon Rasmussen; her children, Marty Rasmussen (Nadine) of Vero Beach, Debra Stone of Yukon and Shari Burrus (Mark) of Omaha; her grandchildren, Ashleigh Rasmussen, Kara Kinney, Mackenzie Rasmussen, Reagan Stotz (Adam) and Schuyler Burrus (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Summer Washburn, Kailynn Hammock, Drake Kinney, Hadley Mae, Faith Stotz, Ruby, Olive and Lilah Burrus; and her sister Arlene Mather of Norfolk. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews, relatives.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions in place at this time, Visitation will be from 4-7 p. m., Thursday, May 28, at Higby-McQuiston Mortuary in Aurora.
Memorials may be made in care of the family to designate at a later date.
