He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Smallfoot and Aleen Smallfoot (Collins); and his son Rodney. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Wigner; and his children, Nancy Angell of Evergreen, CO, Tammy Smallfoot of Fort Collins, CO and Jimmy Smallfoot of Sidney. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
