She is survived by: her former husbands, Robert G. Whaley and Stanley D. Hulquist; her husband Dwight Salisbury; her children, Gloria Clark (Edward), Michael Hulquist (Joyce) and Richard Hulquist; and her grandchildren, Christine, Angela, Brian, Kevin and Seth. She is also survived by her 5 great- grandchildren.
