She is survived by: her husband Dino Cook; her daughter Tina Barnum of Plymouth, MN; her granddaughters, Brittany, Hailey and Sabrina; and her siblings, Karen Halldorson (Ken) of Bismarck, ND, Gene Carlson (Sandy) of Snohomish, WA and Gordon Carlson (Eileen) of Fargo, ND. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
