He is survived by: his wife Sharon Rice; his sons, Scott (Lindsay Gessner) of Towner and David of Southern Pines; his adoptive daughter Daphne Villatoro; his siblings, Ron Jansky of Ross and Denise Jansky of Ross; his aunt Darlene Cvancara of Stanley; and his brothers-in-law, David Rice of Towner and Gary Rice of Towner.
