Samuelson of Sarles, North Dakota, born in Calvin, North Dakota, who passed away on January 30, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Carol Johnston; his parents, Floyd Samuelson and Ruth Samuelson (Dahl); his son-in-law Chad Trottier; and his nephew Aaron Samuelson.
He is survived by: his children, LaRae Welander (Darren), Lynn Samuelson (Kimberly) of Rolla and Tara Trottier (Chad) of Belcourt; his grandchildren, Colton, Tyler Welander, Trek Wilhelmi, Jory Samuelson, Dalton, Brody Trottier, Ashley Welander, Laney and Timber Trottier; his great grandchild Luna Wilhelmi; and his brothers, Vernon (Delores), Dale (Janice), Lyle (Delphine) and Ron (Julie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
