He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lewis and Dena Lewis (Meyer); his siblings, Jim, Albie Lewis, Darlene Dockter, Violet Dinger, Nellie Winburn, Kathryn Dinger and Alice; and his son-in-law Matt Treffer.
He is survived by: his former wife Connie Clark; his wife Barbara Severson; his children, Kim Nelson (Owen), Kevin Lewis (Jacki), Lisa Dennert (Chuck) and Kamra Serr (Troy); and his sister Ethel Lilla. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Family prefers any memorials be sent directly to CHI Health at Home- Hospice at 367 2nd St. NW Valley City, ND 58072 which will be directed to the Hospice services in Oakes in lieu of flowers.
