She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Pickell and Annette Pickell (Sanders); her husband Francis "Todd" Pfeifer; her sister Dorothy Pickell; and her daughter Mary Pfeifer.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Pfeifer (Lori) of Lidgerwood, ND, Randy Pfeifer (Karma) of La Valle, WI, Jayme Pfeifer (Ann) of Horace, ND and Brad Pfeifer (Dawn) of Bismarck, ND. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
She made countless baby quilts that were donated to the Womens' shelter and crocheted hundreds of stocking caps that went to caps-for-kids and cancer treatment centers.
