It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Calvin Shockman (Oakes, North Dakota), born in Lamoure, North Dakota, who passed away on December 11, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Shockman and Kathryn Shockman (Rausch); his sons, Michael and James; his great grandchild Ainsley Adams; his stepmother Ruth Shockman (Clary); and his siblings, Clifford, Victor, Joseph, Roman, Grace, James, Thomas, Mary, LaRayne, Lois, Kenneth, Phyllis and Michail.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine Rasmusson; and his children, Caline Olson (Terry), Mary Johnson (Noel), Charla Warcken (Joe), Colette Gross, Kevin Shockman, Mark Shockman, Monica Berry (Mike), Karyn Holen (Dennis), Daniel Shockman (Kim), Patrick Shockman (Tonya) and Elizabeth Carpenter. He is also survived by 39 grandchildren, 71 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
