He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Campbell and Margie Campbell (Jensen); and his sisters, Pamela Ward, Debra Morales and Judy Lee Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Campbell; his stepchildren, Joseph Olney, Brian Brekhus (Angela) and Nicole Ortmann (Terry); his brothers, Marlowe Lee Campbell and Don Campbell (Judy); his uncle Robert; and his aunt Anna Mae Laumb. He is also survived by 9 step-grandchildren; 2 step-great-grandchildren.
