It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Odette Wallace (Kenmare, North Dakota), who passed away on January 23, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos L. Melin and Ada I. Melin (Andersen); her brothers, Allan and Ralph; her niece Terri Jensen; and her brother-in-law Clayton Hansen.

She is survived by: her former husbands, Ronald Mehus and Ken Wallace; her son Lynn Mehus (Carol) of Stanley, ND; her grandchildren, Reed Mehus (Ashley), Rachel Kottsick (Kevin) and ReeAnn Sadowsky (Austyn); her great grandchildren, Lana and Cal Kottsick; her niece Vicki Larson; her siblings, John Melin (Marlene), Carl Melin (Linda), Shirley Brunner (Joe) and Mae Hansen; and her sister-in-law Janice Melin of Kenmare, ND. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.

All local and state CDC Covid-19 guidelines will be followed.
