It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph DeKaria of Jamestown, North Dakota, who passed away on December 15, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio DeKaria and Martha DeKaria (Boepple); and his sisters, Barbara Pogue and Ophelia Parkinson. He is survived by: his wife Edna Mae Petersen; and his children, Joseph J. DeKaria and Tonah Lee White.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Barbara Pogue and Ophelia Parkinson.
