He is survived by: his wife Linda Mack-Hager; his children, Lisa Randolph, David Hager, Dale Hager, Jeffrey Hager, Nathon, Annie of Napa, CA, Amber and Melissa; his siblings, Bob of Ridgecrest, CA, Gary of Guadalupe, CA and Anne; and his great grandchild Mike Starkovich of Clearlake, WA. He is also survived by her children and families and extended sibling.
