He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Crosby and Leonard Crosby; and his brother Brian. He is survived by: his sister Lyn; his daughters, Amanda (Pat Schaefer) and Eileen; his grandchildren, Aubrey and Wesley; his sister-in-law Linnea; his nephews, Brent and Justin; and his niece Alison.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests financial donations to the American Cancer Society or Sanford Broadway Medical Center.
