He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Bud" Skaare and Minnie Skaare (Helstad); and his brothers, Galen Skaare and Clayton Skaare. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Dullum of Dickinson, ND; his children, Jon, Jeff, Joani Skaare, Jonathan Skaare (Rebecca) and Jeffrey Skaare (Marya); his grandchildren, Micaela and McKenna; his children, Austin, Ethan, Sierra, Harper and Hetta; his sister Georgia Raulston of Mesa, AZ; his nephews, Todd Raulston (Chris), Brent Raulston and Seth Raulston (Tiffany) of Windsor, CO; his brother-in-law Dennis Dullum (Judy); and his nephew Randy Dullum (April). He is also survived by children, his grandkids.
