He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Lewallen and Fannie Lewallen; his wife Beverly Smeltzer; and his son Dennis. He is survived by: his children, Gloria Martin (Larry) of Goshen, IN, Rhonda Osness (Bob) of Calgary, Alberta, Denisse Cameron (Steve) of Estes Park, CO, Bruce Lewallen (Karen) of Bisbee, ND and Celeste McChesney (Jeff) of Waxhaw, NC. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
