He was predeceased by: his parents, Lafe and Hulda (Beazul); his wife Jeanne Werstler; his children, Marcia Myers-Olson and Douglas Myers; and his grandson Micah Olson.
He is survived by: his brother Tom; his daughter Robyn Myers; and his grandchildren, Heather Erickson (Bryan), Brynn Lang (Brandon), Carie Boychuk (Jeffery) and Ryan Reynolds (Alexis). He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks contributions to be made to the ND Veterans Cemetery in Mandan, ND.
