He was predeceased by: his father James Roger Churchill; and his grandparents, James, Libby Moore, Mary and Stan Churchill.
He is survived by: his mother Patricia Churchill (Moore); his wife Lody; his son Ricky Daou (Michelle); his grandchildren, Isabella and Kyra; his son Albert Daou (Susan); his grandsons, Christopher and Michael; his sons, Marcus Churchill (Katie) and Mathew Churchill; and his siblings, Libby (Greg), James (Peggy), Brian Churchill (Tammy), Steve Churchill (Dawn), Sarah Burley (Neil) of Hunter, ND, Susan Kubas (Monte) of South Heart, ND and Dan Churchill (Heather). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and 23 nieces and nephews.
