He is survived by: his brother Rickie Lynn (Grace Johnson Starck); his wife Denise Heber; his siblings, Curtis Starck and Susan Starck; his mother-in-law Luella Heber; his sister-in-law Cindy Dvirnak (Bryan); his nephew Ricky Starck (Patricia); and his nieces, Anya Dvirnak, Cassandra Rodgers (Caleb), Carissa Hatfield (Michael) and Avonna Starck.
