He was predeceased by: his parents, George Horner and Johanna Horner; and his siblings, Alvin, Billy, Verna, Luella, Ann Marie and Elaine.
He is survived by: his wife Adelphia "Del"; his son Wayne; his daughter-in-law Lisa; his daughter Cherlene Nelson; his son-in-law Dave; his granddaughters, Katie (Nate Varty Bismarck) and Annie Nelson; his great grandchild Tommy Varty; his brothers, John and Dennis (Sally); and his sisters-in-law, Lucy Horner and Johanna Horner.
