He is survived by: his mother Patricia Hoeger; his wife Leah Johnson of Oslo, MN; his children, Tim (Haley) and Trisha; his grandchildren, Chayse, Berklee and Skotlyn of Grand Forks, ND; his siblings, Valerie Haring (Chris) of West Plains, MO, Nannette Hoeger of Grand Forks, ND, Shelly Gormsen (Lonnie) of Ham Lake, MN, Dan Hoeger (Tammi), Don Hoeger (Margaret) of Grand Forks, ND and Kerry Morton (Eric) of Bend, OR; his mother-in-law Colleen Johnson of Oslo, MN; and his siblings-in-law, Corey Johnson of Oslo, MN and Denise Byrd of Cheyenne, WY. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
